Service Description
Join us for a purposeful pop-up class at Mobile Kid Company where movement meets brain building. Kids will engage in whole-body activities designed to strengthen brain-body connection, boost focus, and build confidence in a fun, small-group setting.
Parental Consent: hereby give my consent for my child to participate in the activities of Mobile Kid Company. I acknowledge that by signing this form, I am executing an Agreement, Waiver, and Release on behalf of my child. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in the activity. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Kid Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from any injury or property damage that my child may sustain while participating in the aforementioned activity.
